No returns are accepted without authorization. All return and exchange claims must be made within 1 week of receipt of goods. Please submit your return request via our Contact Form or email to amigaz@voicenet.com.

Returns are for store credit only. Credit will be processed upon receipt of returned goods.

Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
